Group Health Account Executive:

Demand Insurance & Benefits, LLC is searching for multiple motivated, experienced and professional group health insurance brokers.

The primary responsibilities of this position will include the in depth analysis of employee benefit plans and quotes, provide inside sales support, establish new accounts, enroll new and existing clients, manage all business written and coordinate enrollment processes from inception to completion.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess a current Louisiana Life/Health Insurance License.
• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years experience in group health sales.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good analytical, problem solving and time management skills are essential.
• Effective negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft® Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills
• The ability to prioritize workload, make decisions and work effectively and efficiently while meeting deadlines.
